Arrive in Islamabad and check in to a comfortable 3*/4* hotel. After breakfast, take a flight to Skardu with amazing views of Nanga Parbat. If the flight is canceled travel by road to Chilas (12–14 hrs.). Overnight at hotel.
Morning flight to Skardu. If by road, continue driving from Chilas (9–11 hrs.). Afternoon free to rest or explore the local bazaar. Overnight at hotel.
A full day for official paperwork, checking gear and preparing for the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Travel by 4×4 jeep for about 7 hours to Askoli the last village before the glacier. The road is rough and can have landslides. Overnight in tents.
Trek 7–8 hours along the Baltoro River through green fields and over small bridges. Overnight in tents.
Walk 7–8 hours along the river with the first possible views of Broad Peak. Overnight in tents.
A full day to rest and acclimatize. Optional short hike nearby. Overnight in tents.
Trek 6–7 hours. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, including Broad Peak in the distance. Overnight in tents.
Trek 6–7 hours past stunning glaciers and peaks. Camp on the glacier. Overnight in tents.

Trek 7–8 hours from Concordia to reach the base of Gasherbrum I — your climbing hub for the summit push. Say goodbye to the approach porters who supported the journey so far.

Summit Window (29 Days)
Begin your ascent of Gasherbrum I via the classic Japanese Couloir or alternate routes. Establish higher camps, acclimatize, and wait for the best weather window.
Climbing duration varies depending on conditions and team pace.

Trek 5–6 hours south, crossing Baltoro Glacier’s moraine ridges and ascending the Vigne Glacier to Ali Camp. Rest early in preparation for the next day’s pass crossing.
Overnight in tents.
Start before dawn for a 9–10 hour crossing of the legendary Gondogoro La. Use fixed ropes on steep snow sections. Enjoy panoramic views of the “Big Four” (K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I & II) and Laila Peak before descending the 45° snow slope to scree.
Overnight in tents (camp location depends on team’s pace).
Descend 7–8 hours down the Gondogoro Glacier, passing through Dalsan and lush yak pastures. Reach Shaisho village near the Hushe roadhead.

A shorter 3–4 hour trek through summer pastures along the Gondogoro River. Enjoy views of K6, K7, and Lingsar before arriving at Hushe — a charming mountain village.

Travel 5–6 hours by jeep along the Shyok and Indus Rivers. Afternoon debriefing at the Ministry of Tourism in Skardu.
